help o2 sensor wires

Default help o2 sensor wires

hi just wanted to know if anyone knew what wires conected to were, on the loom it white,red,black ,and on new sensor its black, white, white ,just wanted to know what conected to what.cheers

By the sounds of it, the lambda sensor you have bought is a universal jobbie and in my experience, they don't last very long. On my old scoob, I had aair/fuel ratio meter on my water injection system and I used a universal one, had to replace it every couple of months!

The black wire is the signal and the white wires are for the heater to warm the lambda sensor when the engine is cold

cheers i got that far just need to know which was the signal wire on my loom,and as for the sensor its self it was free so thought id give it ago as my one shot so didnt have nothing to lose ,so if it last a week or a month it aint cost my anything apart from time to fit it which aint long,any way cheers for advice
