Fairly new....
Hi guys im fairly new to the board but now i have my new car i wanna get out to the meets more often!
so its a Hi from me and look forward to seeing you all at some point!

Other than that i do go out mountain biking and speed walking with the dog!

Pole dancing... Now as it happens... Ha ha nah lol
Dont mind watching, but im not what youd call built for pole dancing.
Bit chilly for it now but in the summer months a few of us get out mountain biking so feel free to join in with that.
At the moment we're kiting, great workout if ya fancy it... will help with the pole dancing im sure

Jess would do a duet with her.
Mum knows a few good moves on the pole.
So long as it's not too far up it.
She doesn't like heights & she's not as bendy as she used to be.

Im going to do a vid in a few weeks when i have had a few weeks more hours practice and put it on youtube so i can see my improvement, will put the link up. Its a fantastic work out for the arms, legs and tummy!
