Silly Question
I'm now on my 3rd header tank
this is not normal but why is it leaking around the top all the time?
am I filling it up to much?
is there something else a miss i.e is there to much presure some where?
I know the standard ones are Sh*t but is there something else causing these to fail.

Could be lots of reasons all linked to a cooling problem. Would be worth checking that your rad hasn't been compromised or your thermostat failed ?
I replaced my header tank in the 95 wagon with a forge ally one. The chrome seals went in the OEM one and I wasn't paying 2 3rds of the cost of an ally one on another poorly designed plastic one.
