I think somebody is pulling your leg. This would be big news in the motorsport press, and I've heard nothing to suggest this. and can't find anything online about it.

Looks like there is a dispute with the WSB organisers and BH, so it has been left off the WSB 2009 calendar.
But i'm sure Brian is correct, it would be big news if it was to close
