For sale - Yamaha FZR600R Genesis 1994
I bought the bike a year ago from a friend, but have lost interest in it. I'd rather get my kicks out of driving my Subaru Impreza!I resprayed the fairings in the hope of making a replica of the Yamaha 50th annivesary bike as ridden by Valentino Rossi, but I don't think it suits the bike very very as it isn't as sleek as an R1.
Unfortunately, I must of got a few different batches of yellow paint as some fairing have slightly different shades.
It could really do with a new headlight fairing as I dropped a tool box on it and snapped an end off by the mirror, though this could be plastic welded to make good.
Also, the paint has slightly bubbled on the headlight fairing, so needs to be stripped back bare and resprayed.
The bike has a 6 speed gearbox and rides nicely. It's always started up with no problems, and on the whole, the bike is in very good condition, with excellent tyres.
The bike has been declared SORN, and hasn't got an MOT, but in my opinion, it should sail through.
The bike has been garaged for the last 12 months and very well looked after by it's previous owners.
Lots of paperwork including most MOT certificates

You sure youve had it a year?
Im sure you posted only a few months back saying you was getting a bike?

i just sold my 998cc nissan micra on fleybay lol
