What they fail to say is that if you enter A127 from A130, you can speed all you like, cos they aint got the camera's up there! 
Only 2 camera points. moby dick and border of southend, guess who's gonna fly down from A130 then..........

What the link is saying is that they are adding specs camera's which work out your average speed, these are due around the new year! Not about the ones already in place
