Dave the efficiency of a sportscat will decrease over time and second hand may not be that clever for an MOT. Going decat might not be such a silly suggestion.
The other option could be a slightly faster flowing MY06 STi down pipe with the rear centre as they are a straight swap and may be better than what you currently have. Plus they will be cheap !

Already fully decatted, just thinking it will be easier MOT time etc to have a cat there
Plus from reading some threads it seems the difference is negligable, going to get the map tweaked at some stage by Zak so might as well get a cat stuck on at the same time.
