Default Have really had enough now

After a really bad week last week at work. stupidly busy, trains were running at a snails pace when they were eventually running, helping dad tile 30m2 floor yesterday and run into problems with it, i walk out the front door to this today.

car is now up for sale £2k as is. if no interest then i'll split it out.

I'll get on the case with the events i have in progress today. seems to be a bit quieter. hopefully this will be the last of it and i can get on with stuff.

not noticed anything missing. there's nothing in it to take lol. all the doors still locked. local bib are round tomorrow to take a statement. know they won't be able to get who done it unless one of the neighbours saw who it was. don't recall pi$$ing anyone off lately. probably just some tw@t who was bored.

another annoying thing is, i've just delared it off road so can't even get it over to my mum and dad's garage. it's not work getting a tug for no tax on the way over. then i'd have to pay for the tax, the fine, points on licence and the release fee if they impound the car as well as a new screen.

just fed up with scoobs and want away from them now.

that was my next move. try and find someone with a trailor and something to tow it with. although i guess if my dad's garage is empty then really he'd want to put his scoob in there
another option is to give moley a shout to see if it's covered on the insurance. if it is then will get it done, tax it and drive it over to my folks and leave it on their drive with a for sale sign in the window.

I don't really want to brake it as it'll be hanging around until all the bits have gone off it. then i've got to sell the shell. although an ra shell bare ready for a full on cage and mental engine someone must want it.

i've not had chance to ask the neighbours. not sure if i heard it tbh. was sitting in front room last night and heard something and said to the missus about it. dismissed it though as thought it was something falling down in the house. also samuel was awake at 6:10 this morning. strange from him as he likes his sleep. i asked him as i left the house if he'd heard anything and he said yes. he's only 2 though so not really able to help lol.

police are sending someone out to take a statement tomorrow night. no point trying to fingerprint now as i've wiped around the rear screen and covered it over with plastic bags to stop the water getting in. had to get to work so needed to be done on the quick.

Cheers Steve. i've done the old tape it up with bin liners at the moment. hesitant to cover it over with a tarp or similar because of the scratching they can cause when the wind blows. should get it over to mum and dad's tomorrow hopefully.

not sure if this is correct, but I was once told you can be towed with your expire mot / tax disk. your car is covered by the vehicle thats towing you.

I might be talking pish though.

had my fiesta done a couple of months ago. wonder if it was at the same time. That's when they nicked the polisher. moley has come up trumps with the insurance. new screen going in tomorrow. just have to pay excess, so £60. once that's done i'll get it booked for the mot, take it over to my folks and leave it there till sold.
