I like that
Do you have to do anything special with the camera settings to get that affect or were you just in te right place at the time ?

It was dark at the time and I had the camera balanced on my jumper. Left it on AV mode and waited for the 2nd click

Not too shabby Chris.

Took a few of this little critter yesterday.....

It didn't seem to mind, even when i was virtually touching it with the lens.

P.S. you must show me how you do the frames around your pics.

I'm at work today so can't really tell you how I do the frames, but as I'm in danger of working all 5 days this week I'll try and factor in some time to show you

Sunrises can be dramatic particularly with a thin whispering of mist but need planning in advance so you are in the right place with the camera all set up in the right direction ready for the precise moment the sun breaks behind the horizon/church steeple/barn/car etc

I'm basically looking for the easy way out and sunsets give me more time to plan, plus the ten minutes or so after the sun has set where the light returns (briefly) is beautiful. PLUS I don't have to get up early
