It won't be worth enough to make it worth while !

Less haste Mark

Sell some of the uprated parts and stop spending money on it.

lol, yeah spending has stopped.

I know it's never in a million years going to get back more than a fraction of what I have spent, but that doesn't matter.

It's got to go.

You need to put it back to standard(ish) to make more than 5-6k. Regardless of how capable it clearly is. Unless you get an enthusiast to buy it (unlikely given the choice atm), its just a bug eye WRX.

Give you an example.

2007 traded in my 53WRX for 10900, sold the parts for about £2500 = 13,400
Book price was about 8,900 at the time but condition, PPP and the car I was trading on bumped the numbers.

As a start...

ARB's
Coilovers
Turbo
Wheels
Brakes

You would be half way to the value of the car anyway.
The replacement OEM parts are cheap by comparison.

How much for the turbo

I may well end up breaking the entire car.

Failing that, it might end up on EBAY with no reserve.

Breaking it would be the only way you'll get anything worth having for it Mark.

If youre really sure thats what you want to do.. break it.

All of these should be for sale now... they add no value to the car in this situation and can be sold without changing anything difficult.

What's this lot £1200 - £1500 and we haven't even got to the good stuff !
