I got mine mount from a guy on Scoobynet a few years ago, but mine is a windscreen mount, basically mine is a lighting grip with the camera attachment added, which is the same as most other peoples mounts.
I would help you further, but I cannot remember who it was I got it from.

Fast Films do pretty much everything you can think of from £10 systems to £900 mounts, they also supply Top Gear with all there camera mounts and the top end ones can take speeds of over 200mph.
I simply went Jessops and bought a dash mount, it's basically a mould you can shape and it sticks to anything without leaving a mark.
Ie. Sticks to wire fences, rock, trees, dashs, doors, windows. Only think is if you mount it upside down on something like a rock or tree etc, they only guarentee it'll stick for 10 minutes, it sat on my dash all day for McRae though.
Cost £24.99 job done.
