Time to say Goodbye.. TYPE R For Sale!
Yep, thats right, the Type R is up for sale. This has taken alot of thought, and I have decided that its the only way for me to be able to get another bike!
Anyone who knows and has seen this car, would tell you what a neat little car this is!
Here is the important info:
1998 Subaru Impreza Type R with changable diff. Imported in 2006/07, it was unresgistered when I bought it from the importer. I then went through the process of having it SVA'd and registering it with the DVLA so it could be used!
This cost a fair bit of money, and time but was well and truely worth it!
This car has had nothing done to it, and is pretty much as standard as the day it was born! All I have done is treated it to some brand new alloys, had a new stereo and speakers fitted and had a Forge Dump Valve fitted. It also has limited edtion Colin McRae interior.
This car is so quiet, you wouldn't even know it was coming down the road, which is lovely when you are using it on a day to day basis.
The car has just passed it's MOT, and I have just put 6 months tax on it and it has approx. 65000 miles (the speedo has been converted to MPH).
In March 2008, I had £1000 worth of new Kato Split Spoke, Chrome & Gunmental Grey alloys fitted, with brand new tyres, and also had a Kenwood, double din, Bluetooth stereo fitted along with new front and rear speakers.
This car is awesome, and is a pleasure to own. Unfortunately though, the body work is not 100% perfect. Sadly someone keyed it along the passenger side, which includes the rear 1/4 and slightly on the door, plus a 4 inch scratch on the bonnet. I did have this professionally touched up, but to get it back to perfect it would need to be sprayed. It does have a few little imperfections such as small finger sized "dents" and the front splitter does have a small scruff, but all these could be repaired. I have lots of receipts and paperwork to do with the car.
All in all this car is any "wana be Subaru owners" dream! I have attached some photos of the car, but have so many more:
I am asking £7995, but am open to SENSIBLE offers. The private plate is NOT included and is NOT for sale. Details of the new reg should be arriving within the next week.
Please either PM me or email me at emmakbarrett@hotmail.co.uk, with your contact number and I will call you back.

Good luck with the sale Em, I'm sure you will find a buyer. Shame you have to let it go.
I hope you dont disappear off the radar as you will be missed
P.S.
Turn up somewhere soon as I still have to give you your sponsorship money
