my best man and me have decided to have my stag do in france with 3 rounds of golf and p....ss up in evenings we will be going in the scoobs as the french love them it will probaly be friday to monday

non golfers can drive the buggys for us golfers and take the mick out of us

please put names down or speak to tiny it will probaly be around march 09 time

yep loved the week i spent there, they even had rallying on the beach whilst i was there.

Yes, just a bit, but didn't stop us racing them at Dunston Hall, or Fitzy getting one airbourne at Austin Lodge!

about 40 mins south
other than that foret and la mer are the main local ones

Looking @ Heading over to Le Touquet either the first 2 weeks of March , Dates still to be confirmed but ...

Friday 6th - Mon 9th

Or

Friday 13th - Mon 16th

Both these dates leave it approx 1 month untill the actuall wedding , So hopefully Kev's Hair / Eyebrows will of grown back in time for the big day !!

Heading out via the eurotunnell train Early Friday morning , Playing Golf , Fri , Sat & Sun , Heading home the same way Monday lunchtime

Kevs wants the cars to play a big part in this stag doo , So wether or not you can play golf , Drive a golf buggy get your names down it's going to be a scream !!!

I Will be looking into prices over the next couple of months & updating accordingly

Hotel Red Fox (Le Touquet, Nord-Pas-de-Calais) - Hotel Reviews - TripAdvisor

Reading the reviews all looks good mate , But parking is looking to be a problem ? This of course taking the scoobs will be an issue , Though it mentions the hotel has it's own garage ?

 

Just checked the dates, looks like I will be in the middle of the "shutdown" at work so won't be able to get any time off. Oh well, have a good one chaps.

Holiday Inn is a good option, parking good, location good, bar good, pool good.

Red Fox is also good but always busy so may have to book early....

should be ok for this, march is normally quiet at work for holiday. I am happy to drive and have a few of you jump in with me and split the costs?

Might even take me clubs....although i am bad enough sobber!!! lol

 

Yeah, I know. The refinery "shutdown" is at the end of January/ beginning of February and is about a 6 - 8 week duration of absolute mayhem! The last one we did overrun and went on for about 10 weeks. No one is allowed holiday during that time.
