I went yesterday, will post some pics up over the weekend.
It was ok, the outside heritage bit is fantastic, and the new GTR
They have a mock up of the ring lap that it did with the car on hydraulics doing the actual lap.
Also make sure you find the stand selling quad bikes very intersting model there.

Great show But do not buy the food. Chips £2.50 Sausage & chips £5.00 I had 2pcs chicken & chips £5.00 straight in the bin chicken over cooked & the chips under cook. £6.00 for 4 fizzy drinks which were flat. By that time I'd had enough & got a refund. You have been warned.
GTR
Car of the show for me was the concept Hyundai Check it out.
I will post some pic's as soon as I can.

Been to this venue a few times now.......... went in May to the Grand Design show here and it's always the same.....
Best to park at a tube station, go to the event via DLR and you will pay a lot less than £10............
I hope to be going Mon if it all works out (and I ain't driving there either)!
As for food - it's never been cheap there, take some bottled drinks with you from home and if you MUST have cooked food, go to the farthest ones from the entrance as they don't get so busy and take a bit more time over the food preperation - the jacket potato place is not bad........ avoid the pizza places, they really aren't worth the bother. The upstairs galleried restuarants are better, but much more expensive to eat in, but you get what you pay for.
Another "reasonable" way is to go to one of the pubs on the way to the entrance from the DLR station, but that depends on what time you get there I suppose!
Hope that advice helps a bit...........

Went today - what a hot one............!
I enjoyed the day - took well over 200 photos, which I have edited down to 140, but even that is still some 125mb, so unlikely to put that much onto SN, but will put a few up when I get a chance.....
Subaru stand was a bit "thin" compared to many others, but I was allowed to get a few close up shots of the STI380......
Did anyone see the little red Brabus Smart Car - tuned to 130bhp without any noticable change to the fuel consumption or CO....... made me smile....
Few cars there that Frayz would like (i.e. the old Ford's)....
Will sort a few piccies up when I get a moment.
In the meantime, here is one shot of one of the halls....

Steve... Yes GTR was awesome....
Despite being a large event, didn't seem special? Where was Aston, Ferrari, Porsche even BMW/VW/Audi.
Just seemed like a walk around different car dealers.....
