Thanks for all of your help Lin

In the end, I took your advice and set up a database, though it's taken most of the afternoon to do and have only got 1/3 of it transfered, but it's so much easier to make detailed reports!!

Just got to finish inputting the data and somehow tidy up the dbase so it's easier on the eye.

I already know the answer to that one Nathan, it's always best to hand wash them

I was going to suggest that myself started looking at the spreadsheet yesterday
Spreadsheets are great but are a little limited on reporting like you wanted
