After lots of problems tryin to sort the engine out and missing out on brands I've finally got my track car to the main man
Can't wait to get it sorted and out on the track
Big thanks to Zak I picked the car up wednesday and I'm chuffed to bits , I can't keep out of it now , restored my faith in people with an excellent service at a very fair price .
I'm back into my Scoobys now
will be a cracking little track car when you've finished it mate like the looks with no spoiler and no graphics so much that i took all my graphics off today

Nice one , I'm looking for some inspiration for it at the mo.
Just going real simple m8 rear spoilers staying off , I'll have a couple of sets of wheels so may go dark/bright . Time dependant may loose the side skirts . Obviously need abw on it somewhere
I think as the car is DBM i think you may want lighter wheels or something that will contrast with the paint. If you go with dark rims you can make it work but it will need something to break it up as they will become lost on the car.
I like the idea of wingless but think you should keep the skirts, paint them if theyre not already. A nice subtle splitter will work well too. Im thinking something quite motorsport/track looking.
I've got some 16" speedlines in Gold which I'll probably use for the track to keep tyre prices down . I'm painting some 17" oz prodrive alloys at the mo. or I've got a set of 18"oz Prodrive's in Gold (though they're on my vw camper at the mo. )
Location: Going further than the station and back !!! ZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzz

dal, you will have limited tyre choice in 16" and funnily enough, in some instances, i have found 17" tyres cheaper than 16" due to supply and demand (figure that one???) believe me, i have been looking into this.

Fair point , I'll just wear out all the 16" tyres I've got and put the 17's on .
