Southend Seafront Lights????
Just thinking of giving the Scoob a run to Southend on Sunday evening so the kids can see the Christmas lights etc..... are they up yet?

Yep there was outrage at the council wanting to remove them under "health & safety" issues...... though most of them were still illuminated when i went through a few nights ago.
Although most of the donut & tea stalls were shut during the week, I'm not sure if they purely open up on Friday & Saturday evenings now, to catch the passing trade.

Health & Safety run the country now... apparently people can't be trusted to have common sense or know how till make a cup of tea during their breaks... no wonder we're too bloody expensive as a manufacturing source!!!!
