Default Just thought I'd say Hi...

Hi!

I live in Hemel Hempstead, Herts, so not far from Essex at all, I spend quite a bit of time down in Essex, regular Southend/Basildon/Canvey island trips when I want a cheap saturday night out (well, depending how much fuel I cane!) and trips to Bluewater whether it be a jap meets or shopping with the mrs.

I've recently bought a white V4 STi Type R which I absolutely love! and plan to do some mods to it in the new year.

I went to Thurrock services on saturday night, I wasn't in my car I was in my mates white Evo 7 which some of you may of seen if you was there? I didn't realise the tunnel run was on, which was quite a suprise when we drove in to the services to see all the scooby's there!

Anyway, everytime I log onto Scoobynet I poke my nose in here to see whats happening!

Cheers,
Az.

So from a newbie perspective how did it look. If you weren't expecting it it must have been quite a shock

Welcome on board, you are going to love it

Cheers for the welcome guys!

bibo_boy- I can't say I saw a type R there?! I assume you mean a scooby type R and not a Honda type R? If it was a scooby then I'm gutted I missed it! I was looking out for type R's as I've recently purchased one but didn't see any. I wanted to walk round and check out the scoobs but couldn't really as 1- my mates weren't really interested and 2- I was bickering with the mrs!

Milamber- My mate with the evo said there was some sort of cruise going on and everyone was meeting at Thurrock services so thought we'd pop along, expecting to see nothing but chavness it was a pleasant suprise to see decent motors! and especially scooby's for me to admire!

frayz- Cheers mate, my mates Evo is defiantely a stunning car! Its actually for sale on here, but I think after driving it around on high boost all night on saturday he's changed his mind!

spally- It definately seems that!

Awesome, if I had known the tunnel run was on I would of definately gone to it, but I'm not driving the scoob at the mo, need to get a couple of things sorted on it first really, cambelt change etc, but if there is gonna be another one soon I'll make sure I'm there for sure!
