Scooby Stolen in Rayleigh....

Hi All, was speaking to my friend last night, she works on the 999 desk at Chelmsford, she had a report of Blue Scooby Stolen 2 roads away from me a couple of weeks ago

They are a Gang from London using a Black Audi stealing to Order

No Sorry thats all she could tell me, as all they do is pass to Police, will try and ask her how they stole it if the owner knows...
