Car not running right

Car not running right
Ive had a turbo back system and front intercooler fitted along with an induction Kit.
Since then i have been having a boost spike causing a fuels cut when changing gear under load in lower gears.
I have fitted a HKS fuel cut defence and have been trying to calibrate it whilst checking boost.
The car is peaking at about 1.2 bar but settling back to just below 1.0. But now the car seems to be running lumpy at tickover etc. Could this be the fuelling is now out.
Any one else had this problem and how did you get round it??
Im thinking of going to Mocom and getting them to sort it with a new ECU etc and get the thing running properly.
