Hi,
Just to let you guys know that someone who was meant to be working with me has gone it alone and is using my trading name. Please don't think that Horizondetailing.com is me. It's not. I am in the process of finding out what's going on. Mine is .co.uk. Hopefully i'll have all this sorted soon.
They have signed up with suppliers under my name and now going it alone. Any help / advise would be much appreciated
It may be a case that all the good work that i've done so far will go to waste and that i have to build up with a new name but i hope not.
I know this isn't the sort of post that is welcomed on here but i don't want people getting confused with the sort out customer service that i have been building with a kid who is only 16 (factual btw).
Cheers,
Matt.

Sorry to read this Matt.
If you want me to go round and pay him a visit, let me know.
Seriously, though, as far as I am concerned, I would only go through you anyway, and anyone would be a fool to let a snotty nosed kid loose on their car with the kind of products and equipment that you use.

cheers guys. just hoping to get this sorted out as soon as possible. the main concern for me is he has signed an agreement with a supplier. i have contacted them explaining the situation and have asked that i get a copy of their reseller agreement (understand it won't be the one he signed) so i can see the terms of the contract.
will keep you all posted. was all going so well too.

matt, dont worry mate...
i would chjange the company name and send a letter to all the suppliers explaining what has happened to you....
its only a few business cards at the end of the day and that way, YOU can do what you want....
i'm sure it will all work out...
name and shame them.....

cheers for the encouragement guys. if it comes to it i will change my name. however it's the principal of the matter as well as the hassle. there are forums that i sponsor on different sites so they would all have to be changed and no doubt at cost to me.
fingers crossed a friendly chat will sort it out.
