Default Rubber hose anyone?

Need a place in Essex that sells black rubber (or silicone) hose on a reel suitable for plumbing a boost gauge? Every where I've seen sells it in to smaller amounts or it's in day-glo blue?

burton's in ilford sell it on a roll. might only be the bright blue though. nothing wrong with that though. i've got a lump of clear waiting to go on my gauge. if you can't find any clear or black, i'll swap you for some blue

is burton's still going???

might find some XR2 goodies down there....

those were the days in the mk1 mexico (1986)
with me sharp cassette player, where the tape popped out when you stalled it, and you could search to the next track with APSS....

memories..... all good

yup they're still going. not on the cheap side but still great service and products. i have ambitions of getting a mk1 2 door escort, bubble arching it, then taking a trip down to burtons to kit it out with a 200 cossie block, 8 injector fuel rail, rs500 rad and ic, t4 turbo and some other tasty bits like bd14 cams :

mk1's - Hmmm

I'm sure if I drove one again I would be disappointed, but still have very fond memories of both my mk1's and mkII RS2000
