The first one is a standard one, not an STi, and only suitable up until 96/97, def not 98/00.

So assuming it is the correct year, the second is the one to go for.

I have a V7 STI TMIC about to go up on ebay this afternoon.
Takes some fiddling to get it on, but is the most efficient Subaru TMIC you can fit.

The V7 sti i/c will give massively better results that the sti 4.

Have a search on here, in tech, there are several very good guides on how to fit these.

A little, but as YVM says, there are plenty of threads telling how to do it.
Or you could get someone like Mocom to fit it for you and map the car to make best use of it.

Item number is 150133349869 will go live at 19:45
