nothing really. couple of little parking dents and the paint needed correcting - covered in swirls. had a full decat and induction kit, other than that it was standard. is only a wrx ra though not an sti ra. but i have senn them for low £4k lately.

as for selling yours it depends how quickly you want to sell it, what spec and history it has. looking on pistonheads prices can go from low £2k to £5k.

just had a look at your scooby. nice clean standard looking example which are getting hard to find now. the right mods done to it for starters. providing you've got the receipts for the work you should be able to sell easy enough. how many miles has it covered?

that is pretty low. one thing to remember when you sell a car is you can always let someone haggle on price with you. when i sell a car i put it up for a few hundred more than i want to get for it. that way when you lower the price a bit for them they're chuffed that they beat you down a few quid and your chuffed because you got what you want for it. or if they don't haggle you get more than you wanted

for what's out there at the moment your price seems pretty good for the age, spec and mileage and should sell easy enough.

is it really worth selling the one you've got jsut to get a uk classic? jap spec is higher than uk for one thing. the insurance isn't that much different anymore between uk and jap imports. unless i was going for a hawk eye (because of it being the 2.5 rather than the 2.0) i don't think i'll ever go for a uk model over a jap import. just my personal opinion though

Yeah I understand what your saying regarding JAP v's UK - probably shouldnt do it really as Im just getting mine to how i like it - forever spending money on the bloody thing, Prob should get a slow 4x4 to poodly around in and save some money !

I just like the look of the face lift models and im not keen on mine being lowered - Its a hard ride, even though it handles alot better
