Weird ! I have 2 PPP certificates, the first one they got the reg wrong. I sent it back only to have it returned corrected with tipex and a biro. QUALITY Clearly this was unacceptable and I had days reorder me a new one which arrived ages later.

Seems like a stupid situation, I guess they should either stop dicking about with warranty BSh1t or refund you the £1500 on the grounds that it was incorrectly sold given they had your car details/VIN to order the PPP, return the car to standard free of charge and you then get it tuned properly by Mocoms

Sorry you are having issues mate
Mike Wood is a good one to PM f you need help, I know I did.

Sorry didn't make that clear, no mine is full UK, I was just empathising with your frustration having sampled certificate troubles of a different nature.

Sorry to hear about your frustration , but in my previous experiance with Days they are not the sharpest tool in the box I'm afraid , I've found you have to keep pestering them to get any joy
How about taking a trip to the citizens advice people , to see if they can help to give you a little ammo to use against Subaru
