i could send you a P.M but i know this will pee people off MORE..
& as other people may read this could get a Bit more advice??

Im saving all my PICS to disc.
& have UPLOADED NEO SMART thingy,
"THANKS who every said that last time i asked"

But im looking at BIGGER discs?
currently using
PHILIPS CD-R 700MB, 80mins, 52x certified speed.

Can i get better than this? & where's the best place to buy?

THANK YOU Baz

What about a DVD writer then you can save 4.7 gig per DVD.

bazza, as suggested mate go down the dvd-r route.

you can store 6 times more pics on them than cd (more if you go double sided) and the usb external writers are relatively cheap now, along with the blank dvds.
remember though all eggs in one basket are not good and a scratched or corrupt disk can cost you a fair few lost pics!!!

best bet, and what i do it keep them on an external hard drive, as well and backing up to CD.

that way, the cd's can be stashed away and the hard drive can be used for live access.

let me know if you need any help in sourcing the bits.
