Only space i had to fit them was mounted on the r/h side of the intercooler pointing down to the earth, to maximise the soundwaves as suggested. really simple to wire & fit as well. The air tank is in the boot.
So be warned people, if ya see a red & gold stickered wagon, impersonating a train, its only me!!!!

I did fit mine forward facing ..... The trumpet ends on mine are so large, that is the only way ...... Extreme couldn't even find a place for all 3 (I am only running 2 of the 3 ).
Chalkie,
Your post is worthless without pics
Could I have a look at the link ? (item no. would do, as there are a few manufacturers in the USA )

OK mate will sort some pics out as soon as I can, maybe a short vid as well, similar to hornblasters.com stylie
I did'nt realise you were only running two outta three horns. I remember seeing your cheeky devious smile everytime you let rip with the horns, I to now wear that same smile......... lol
Will sort out link as well.
What was the upgrade valve from 1/4 to 1/2 for? Are you keeping the same, air line?

Depending on who you bought them from (if an Ebay link, just the item number, so I can see which you bought ), they do a 1/2" valve upgrade (the solenoid valve that is on the horn, that actuates to let the air pass ), you keep everything else on the system the same, just change the valve.
It allows more air through to the horns. I did question the fact about using the same air line, and was told, that they (the manufacturers) use the same, and that it is louder .
Another way of getting louder .......... Increase pressure. I have been looking at making my own compressor setup using a Viair compressor and a 3 gallon tank. The Viair compressor can pressurize to about 150 PSi ..... whereas the tank/compressor I have (and you possibly have the same), is pressurized fully at about 110-120 PSi.
I have done a little bit of homework on this since having mine .
I also have them fitted to my van as well (as Sara knows ).
