scoob is going....
right as some of you may be aware have been having some engine probs over the last week or so. After the sort of cash i have spent on her so far, have been doing some thinking as to what my next plan of action is. Unfortunately i have come to the decision that, once this engine finally lets go completely that will be the end of my scooby days. Tonight made the final decision for me. A reason i have loved the car is the support, at least i thought, you got from other scooby drivers. Unfortunately, even though i didnt want to, i had to use the car today. Hence on my way home the car decided to die. Now i'm in lane 1 of a reasonably busy road with bonnet open and 4 scoobs drove straight past without even a look. (not any ESC members though)
I would just like to say i have met and made some very close/good friends via scooby ownership and hopefully you guys will still be happy to have me around at certain meets/events.
Again a big thanks to everyone who has offerd/helped with my car and who knows maybe she will be coming out for a final blast on the tunnel run?!

i intend to stay around, although doubt i will welcome to lead 70+ scoobs in the car i aim to get next.
But i will still be around, even if i have to ride shotgun in someone elses scoob

We may laugh though.....
What is it?
Would it not be better selling before the problem goes bang, i.e. costing more in components for the next owner who buys once it's gone! Would you not get more for it selling now only needing the bearings to be replaced.

am looking at a few at the mo, but frayz may like what i'm gonna see.
and no mate am going to take the car off the road and when i get round to getting the engine sorted am going to strip it down and use as a track car. I have spent too much money on her to sell her on.

Paul it will be a sad loss when you get ride of the scooby m8 as you and Tiny were the first people i got to know from the ESC and i must say your one of the best. So i hope that what ever car you get you will still be ariund m8

Spally was one of the first guys we met when we joined the scooby scene in 2004.
Top man, wicked sense of humour and easy-going. Shame you've made the decision to sell up, i hope you'll change your mind but the most important thing is to stay in the club no matter what you drive.

Said it many times before , It does not matter what you drive the ESC Will always welcome you ..
A very sad day indeed
You have been there from the start & also have the " ESC Hardcore " tag, There are only a few of those dished out every now again
Not forgetting Sara , hope we still see you both around , You have BOTH Been a major addition to the ESC

Cornelius i will have to come and have a chat with you and maybe, just maybe the scoob may stay around for a little while longer.
