Bucks Scooby Crew meet

Guys. I was wondering, If you are about on this date and can come along it would be great to see you also i am in talks with Adams Subaru to get them on board for the members discount and a good show of cars may help the prosess. Dane Adams also has one of few 22B's for sale and as the meet is just round the corner from the showroom he may drop in to see what things are all about. If you can come along please add your name to the list on sidc.Many thanks in advance.

adams brothers
I would like everyone to know about my scooby that has been in the Adams brothers for 3 years now.They are with out a doubt the worst dealership I have ever used.
MY reason is that they invalidated my extended warranty and while I tried to get them to repair the engine in my car they sent a letter stating that unless I collected it they would move it into sucure storage and charge me £15 daily.
So a few weeks after the deadline they set I get another letter stating my car has been vandalised.This must have obviously happened "secure storage".But instead of telling the solicitor I employed the exact wherabouts of the car and damage they tried to cover it up.When we demanded to know the damage and whereabouts for the last time a months of them stalling had past and we reieved notice that it had been fixed at their insurers cost and was at waites bodyshop.I phoned waites and he told me the damage.My car was totally "£CKED and he'd welded a new roof including roof brace support bars and repaired all major panels on my car including glass and tyres.
I went ballistic and asked him to put this in writing which he initialy agreed but after a week declined bacause Dane Adams said he'd sack the bodyshop owner if he gave me the report.
So my solicitor asked dane for the report and 4 months after it was initially damaged we had it in writing.
Ithos all happened in 2004 and dane then sent letters from his solicitor "fennimores" stating that he was going to dispose of my car under the torts act.
I changed to "which" magazine solicitors and they rubbished the torts act threat.
After still getting nowhere I went to waites body shop with some friends and under no duress might I add got another version of the repair that didn't match the insurers invoice.
I then gave power of attourney to someone else and got nowhere but was told i could have my car back only If I signed something that said I promised not to sue.Unfortunatly i didnt get this in writing as it amounts to blackmail.I don't suppose he wants to add that to fraud.
So now I write and tell him I'm taking my car after viewing it.I met Dane with my camcorder and friend and videod him lying and also the sh"tty repairs thay did.After an hour we got nowhere so I told him i was taking my car but for some reason he begged me not to.I think this is because he was worried about my next move.Any how ,I left it with him and gave him an ultimatum to replace my car like for like or I'll get it repaired elsewhere and sue or bill him for the cost.
My car was a uk spec 2.0 turbo x reg non bug eye with 18k on the clock when it went in there 3 years prior.
He began offering me cars.A x reg bug eye with over 50k on his forecourt up for under £9000.....Erm not a chance
Then a 53 plate with 46k but he said he wanted 3 grand off me.Again,not a chance.He must have thought my car wa sworth 10grand when it arrived there.I said try again and he said mine was worth no mpre than 12grand.
I told him to go away and think about it and after a few weeks he called me and we met at his lovely garage.
His eyes lit up when he told me my car was a previous Cat C so he couldn't offer me a car in replacement.
I ran checks and it was indeed a Cat C but had suffered minor water damage to the rear diff when it sat on the 1st owners drive within 1 month of the new registration and 700 miles on the clock.No body damage which is what dane was hoping would save his fat hide as if the car had previous body repairs how could I prove his were bad?
Now I am taking the whole issue up with Danes insurers @norwich union and have made them aware of his fraud and possibly they will pick up the peices
but apparently I don't have to accept my car back and legally between them they have to replace my car plus now interest and payment for my inconvenience.WE shall see as its nearing D day.If i dont get reinbursed I will make tha garage pay one hundred fold.
I have more info on them than they would want me to know including home address and land line numbers and have made a CD rom which i will send to anyone that wants a copy with of all letters and not forgetting the video.
So,thats loosely my story.
Pretty boring but now I'm bored of it all and with so much time on my hands,who knows what will happen now.
True scooby owners be warned of this garage and please let me know if you have had problems with them too.Soon I will have my own website dedicated to their glorias work and you'll be able to view the truth.
