Front Brake Disks & Pads (recommendations please)
Hi Guys
Very shortly I will be in need of a set of front disks and pads. I don't want to spend any more than standard OE items would cost;
Disks approx £105 incl vat
Pads approx £100 incl vat
I've seen Graham Goode Racing do standard disks for £26.50 ea incl vat (non OE)
http://www.grahamgoode.com/subaru/pa...=1&item=GGS387
So was thinking about getting them and some Mintex 1144 pads or some Torox pads!
Oh yeah, I have a Classic Impreza 2L Turbo Wreg 2000
What I'd like to know is what are your recommendations? What are you running and how much/where did you get them?
Don't mind grooved disks but don't want to get drilled!
Cheers guys

Picked up the Yellow Stuff pads last night from Zak (mocom) nice to meet you mate! Great price as well
Fitted one side last night but ran out of light. Will finish off tonight and go for a little bedding in run when finished

you won't be disappointed with the yellows. i've just moved to them from reds. a little noisier than the reds but i've not noticed any brake fade from a naughty speed to pretty much zero. (but am running grooved and fully drilled discs on the front)
as frayz said they don't chew the discs up either like the reds.
