Thumbs up Attn - All ESC Members attending JAE

Not long to go now

Ticket sales closed last night in the SIDC Shop & The final numbers of tickets sold is in .

The ESC & Im so proud of everyone yet again , We are just over 50% Of all the tickets sold , That really is great & a Fun Partytime ESC Stylee is assured

Saying that ..

It will need everyone to try & help & do there bit however small , Be it cordening of the SIDC Stand area on arrivall , Setting up the marquees , greeting & meeting other SIDC Members as they arrive , & Helping to keep all the cars parked neatly that arrive on the friday afternoon , Muddy ( The SIDC Show organiser ) Will be setting the cars up for show & Shine & The best of SIDC On saturday Am , So your help will be needed here as well please .

Our Large BBQ Will be going to the show as well & Also Wilf will be bringing his along , So a hand cooking , Cutting , Buttering rolls ( Sun Morning ) Would also be a great help .

We have purchased alot of binbags today these will be @ various points around the sidc area , If cans , Bottles , etc can be placed in these as we go it helps to keep everywhere looking good & Saves alot of others having to clear up on sunday morning , Or when we leave sunday afternoon .

It's @ Times like these big sows that the ESC Becomes the envy of alot of other clubs around the country , The way that everyone pulls together & helps everyone else that makes us what we are ....

Probably ... The best Scooby club in the uk

So bring on the footie , Kareoke singing comps , We win them all , Above all have a great time , And please bear this in mind that the SIDC Committee & Me , Have put lots & Lots of effort into making this years the Biggest & Best yet JAE For everyone

Above all enjoy the event

Oh & Mines a MAGNERS

So can't wait for this weekend, only Jay is coming with us, Ross wants to stay at my Mum's the weekend so Grandad can help him build his go-kart, this means I can relax a bit more and get very drunk on coke.

Anyway I wonder who will have the biggest tent this year??

This is my third JAE, and it's getting better every year somehow

I remember the first one, where I was frogmarched to the TSL stand by Tiny, Robboy and Betts and others to get a decat downpipe, went over drawn on my credit card, but hey, it was worth every penny.

I won't mention last year, as I'm now very scared as apparently I was stroking Her@the back's arm most of the night

As an ex - cossie man and with an appreciation for performance cars in addition to Jap, (eg - Nova's )I thought you might have prefered the RallyDay at Castle Coomb on Saturday! Track action with some serious rally based cars, demo's etc. All the makes that have been involved in rallying over the years are represented by the various clubs plus trade etc. You should have seen the McRae brothers last year in their Mk2 Escorts! Better than just wandering around staring at the same Jap cars that you see at all the shows? It's further to go but worth it!
Any ESC guys going to this one on Saturday?
JohnD

Sticks

It's laminated glass & Cracks easily , Most prob down to the change in heat @ the mo ( Cold nights / Warm days ) There was most prob a small chip under the window rubber

I Had mine changed on Friday by autoglass through my insurance cost £60 , AG Are very busy @ the mo , It took me over a week to get an appoitment to get it changed , If i was you i would call your ins company asap
