Hi guys FYI I have spoke to Pioneer technical today re another customer with image burn on a plasma.
What they recomended was to turn the TV to analouge BBC1 turn the brightnes and contrast to about 70% and pull the aerial out, leave in on over night and the snow on the screen should dispurse the image burn
When you are doing this just dont stare @ the screen too long as you know what happens

LOL
It is also recomended that you use the "GAME" mode when you use a playstation ect.
Hope this is usefull guys

To clean the screen I use a soft cloth run under cold water with a tiny drip of fairy liquid rung out so it is pretty much dry, then just gently wipe it over when the set is off and cold. Or you can buy a propper LCD cleaner from computer dealers, it is a gel that you can spray on the screen and wipe off

It is normally sold in the UK with a different aplicator though.

Red Spot / Burn , Does not seem to be a problem for us , As soon as it appears just press " Back up " & it dissappears ( Pain in the arris though )
& Gaming will never be on this panel

I saw some demos when I was @ Sony HQ last week and it looks amazing 
HD Gaming, true DVD Blue ray HD Films, bluetooth controllers, Hard drive, LAN, and their is even talk of WiFi 
Launch date NOVEMBER just in time for xmas, SHOCKER!! LOL
