im in the market for buying a decatted centre section i have found one but have a question ive noticed that please say resinated or not resinated what on earth is this and do you need it

well the center section that im getting is none resinated and im getting it cheap so yippy mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm (if i pick that up today then ill have flames for tonight) ha ha ha ha ha ha hah ah ah
