You need to register at :
www.photobucket.com
or a similar picture hosting site (free)
Then look at this thread, post #3 onwards

yep
open an account with www.photobucket.com
then choose the picture you want & upload it to that site.
then on here goto GO ADVANCED and where you change the font size's you will see a
this symbol.
on Photo bucket find the pic you want, highlight & right click the URL address
then on here click on this symbol, another box will open,
Paste your URL address into that box
& hey presto you have picture
