Default Flat Spot in Acceleration.

When accelerating hard in first gear, foot to the floor type situation, i noticed that there was a sudden stoppage in acceleration and then it came back again very abruptly.
I suspect it is a air/fuel ratio problem, as there has been no remap for the mods it has. IT's almost as though it is being flooded.

Any idea what it could be other than what i have suggested as it only happens in this gear. I will be getting it remapped when i replace the induction kit for an Apexi.

Cheers Dears

Cheers Dears....does it feel like you hit a brick wall then cuts in again very sharply??

As Joe says, get a can of brake cleaner, and spray some into the pipes to the boost solenoid (left hand side on the suspension turret)
I usually clean mine about once a week

Hitting the boost limiter is, in my experience, like hitting a brick wall - then you siht yourself.

just cleans the crap inside the boost solenoid, allowing it to move freely.
