I have had the worst day ever! 
Been screaming and shouting at my parents landlords
How can anyone allow people to living in a house with no heating!
This was reported in November by heating engineers and they still wont do anything!
Not being funny but my dad is over 70 and this is an eldery people block
how do these people sleep at night?

see if any1 ON HERE
with exsperiance (sp) in comminication/law & get them to phone on your behalf with some STERN words BUT polite (not saying you wasnt, SARA)
My step father spoke to my landlord once & with-in 24 hours our who flat was fixed (we had been complaining for 9 months)
he reads about the LAW etc.... & deals in court etc...
