everyone hammers it around at some point ... no point ranting about it because we've all done it and in residential areas at stupid speeds. What's the point in complaining about it!

I guarantee that every single person in this forum - apart from PS Lewis has exceeded the speed limit (substantially) in a residential area.

I'm a safe driver!

The guy Spally is referring too prob had no idea that his neice and nephew were playing in the drive way. Same way as when everybody hammers it down the shoebury end of southend seafront on a posers cruise they have no idea if somebody is going to step out ... that's a residential area too.

forgot to add, i know i am no saint.....however i do feel that when there is schools around then that is a DEFINATE NO NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can whole heartedly say that I don't speed in residential areas, it's just not worth the risk of a little kiddy running out into the road!! Just the thought scares me!!

I know how I would feel if a speeding driver knocked down my daughter, I'd kill them without a second thought, and I'd expect the same

Block of wood under the loud pedal m8.

Remove it for motorways.
