Going to need a hand with this one

Firstly after seeing this done in a Pug 206 @ Santa Pod , Spec C & I Thought it would be a good idea to fill His Spec C With Balloons

I Have spoken with the organisers about this & They are over the moon that we are going to do this , Should bring a few more peeps over to our Display / Stand as well

We shall be running a competition .. Guess the amount of balloons inside

& Say charging £1 a go ( About right ? )

With All monies raised going to the Nethermaynes Campus , Chosen Charity witch on the day is ST LUKES HOSPICE .

Bearing in mind we are getting 80 Entrance passes for free , Just thought it would be nice just for the SIDC / ESC To give just a little back .

Heres where i need you to help

1. We have the scooby sorted Thanks Steve

2. Balloons im guesing we will need approx 200 Balloons to fill it up , So need say 7 People who are on the list to bring along 30 Balloons ea ( Pref Blown up ready ) 7 peeps x 30 Balloons = 210 Ballons

3. Need someone to take the money , Going to have an A4 Sheet with an amount of balloons listed from 100 - 300 Approx , Will get ea Entrant to enter the amount they guess & Contact details . Essex FM Will announce the Winner @ The end of the day

4. We are going to need Prizes ( Donated ) Not to sure how many to go for 3 Sounds good 1st , 2nd , 3rd , Really need to be Scooby related .
Thinking of Maybe a Large R/C Scooby 1st , 2nd Pic of a scooby ? 3rd SIDC Brolly ?
Like to hear other thoughts on this one as well .......

5. Need a sign making with Guess the ballooons etc £1 a go SIDC / ESC Logo's , Win a prize etc !!
I'm going to Speak with Mark about this , Hopefully he can help us out on this one

So to recap then

Like to gets this sorted asap , Is on May 22nd , But MAY Is Hectic !!
