Default Td05 Turbo upgrade

Am looking to upgrade to a td05 turbo, I have all the supporting mods to do this. The question is would my stock engine be able to run this safety. As am told I would be touching the 350bhp

Best thing I can say is to get the turbo, and get it mapped for as good as it can be with your mods and engine. A good mapper will map it safe for you, loads of people on here run a TD05 on a stock engine.

It will also depend on what car you have as to the strength of your engine.....

mines on a vf34 with lc and al and is fine at 340/350 but then I don't open it up that often, but when I do it goes just fine, something to do with barr and the fuel u use to map and under boost conditions, but mapping is extremely important, a must!, follow up with possible brake upgrade to.... for safety.
