Simtek ECU how to identify

Hi looking to go see a impreza that the owner was told by the previous owner it has a simtek ecu...I'm not good with classics any way of telling if it does by looking at it?

"it has yellow connector blocks coming off ecu cover for standard car plugs to go into"

Remove the lid, if it's an early SimTek or Alcatek ecu it'll have Alcatek written on the board.
