Ok so my car has / will have the following list before going for a map session, looking for around 330/340ish don't mind it being lower so long as it pulls well.
Car is a 1999 WR Sport RB5
1). Walbro 255 Pump.
2). Fuel lab pressure regulator.
3). STi v8 top mount intercooler.
4). K&N panel filter.
5). TD05 16g Turbo.
6). Sports cat and straight through pipe.
7). Denso 3 port boost solenoid.
8). Brembo front brakes to help it stop!
Would there be anything else except the mapping session that I should consider before it goes for the mapping?
Cheers
Paul

The standard clutch is only really rated to around 300bhp so if your looking to go above that then ideally you need an uprated organic clutch, which you may already have ?

The clutch you have should be fine, Paul.
Ignore all this Stage 1,2,3 bollocks, it's, well bollocks.
Had the same clutch in mine since, actually I can't remember the year. It had been in 2 days when I did my 12.4s run at Elvington, so it's coped fine with a good few launches and every day use.

I would suggest though its very prudent to check (best as you can) the health of the clutch before a mapping session as I am certain many a mapping session has been cut short or simply wasted due to a clutch not coping with the increased performance!
Yeah, I wasnt trying to worry you mate. Yours may be fine, I only mentioned it as mine started slipping at 340ish and it was only 15k old. See how it goes, but its certainly worth upgrading if you have the cash.

Strange, I spoke to him about having it done a while back he seemed fine about it
Unless he got it confused with a RB320???
I'll ask him again, if not I'll be on the hunt again, bob rawle, simon etc. They are all just as good as each other so I can gather, just happened to speak to Duncan first.
