Default Dump valve issues?? EM light? Help

I've got a 2007 WRX been remapped by Bob Rawle installed a baileys dump valve and it keeps putting engine man light on. Tried twice now, checked for air leaks. Seals fitted properly. Could it just not like it?? Help

Take it off. Put the standard one back on. These go wrong a lot from what I have read. Not very good. Standard one can handle boost levels much better than any aftermarket unit.

Youve answered your own question there i think!

Get the trev trumpet off! Go back to standard or at least an uprated recirc. If you want induction noises then your best bet is an induction kit. Atmospheric dump valves are only suitable for cars that have gone to mafless map.

They make the car go really rich once you've lifted off throttle. Probably the lambda sensor putting the light on. Recirculating valve or back to standard!

I have an HKS SSQV on my 06 WRX 2.5 and it was mapped with it fitted and fuel corrected for it so drives fine and never puts a light on. Baileys dump valves are not great, best to get rid.

I am 8% Chav so i'm allowed to have an atmospheric dump valve.

Nope, that's the carbon bonnet you're thinking about, that has been known to give 60-70% power increase!
