Default HELP needed for AVCS on 2004 STI heads

Hey ;

I having problems with my AVCS after putting my new engine in the car (2,5 pined deck block with my03 STI spec-c 2,0l avcs heads )
Cars runs on a autronic sm4 .

I get an error on cam 1 .
When i start the engine and dont toutch the gas pedal , the cams stay the same (+/- 125° )

As soon as i give some gas , cam 1 drops to +/- 60 ° and stays there ( when i give gas , it changes to +/- 130 ° but when i leave the pedal again it drops back to the 60° )

These are the avcs settings ( test map for the avcs , car is now mapped whithout avcs )

And this is the fault i'm getting

Can anybody pleace help me out here ?
I already put a new avcs actuator on Cam1 ( Left side engine) but still the same . Mayby the timing-Cam on the leftside?

Grtz ;
Stijn

(sorry for the poor english , i'm better in dutch )

What camshafts? OEM? Most times lack of oil pressure to that cam gear is the reason for the error. Debris blocking oil passages, the little filters in the avcs line banjo bolts, or gunk in the actuator its self which you replaced. Check the timing to verify, then start searching for gunk in passages. I have only seen it after cars spin rod bearings. I take the avcs gears apart and clean them in a sonic cleaner. the heads have several hex plugs in them for the oil passages, I take them out clean them out well and re install with red loctite

filters are out the banjo bolds , actuator is new from subaru-dealer .
I had indd a broken engine on the car , but new engine is with other heads . (spec-c heads with original spec-c cams)
Only thing not replaced is the timing gear , so possible that there is some debris is in there? ( original the filters where in the banjo bolds and there was nothing in there )

The crank timing gear would cause the car to run very crappy if at all if it was missing a tooth, might be debris in the actual acvs cam but if it is all from another set of heads it may not be at all. I thought maybe timing was off until you held throttle and they equalized evenly.

Oil level is good?
