Default New map problems with acceleration.

Hi all,

I have just yesterday had a map done by Jolly Green Monster. car is a 2008 WRX STI hatch forged engine build.Usual parts:

Mahle forged pistons
ACL race bearings
ARP head studs
RCM oil pump
Cosworth head gaskets
Also:
De-cat turbo back and K&N Typhoon induction kit.

Reason i'm here is because when i go to accelerate the car seams a bit sluggish (as if it need to think a second about it) before power is put down. its fine if i build up the throttle slowly.
Is this a simple case of needing to build up more boost before applying power or just need to keep revs higher? or just turbo lag? ??

HELP!!

if your low in rev range may take a bit to build up boost. first port of call would be speak to jgm about it.

If i'm in 3rd and sat around 2000- 3000 roughly is when it happens. Its the first car i have had remapped and the more i write the more i think i need to have the boost up more. Just feels so different now. lots more engine noise from down pipe + induction kit. also might be throwing me off.
