2004 sti vf35
Hi...
So tonight replaced my vf35 (oil seals had gone) with another vf35...
Test drove and its lost its andy forest 2 stage boost map before map one was standard 0.6 and map 2 was 1.3, Now its just the 0.6 and was creeping up to 0.8 slightly...
Does this point to boost leak or have i done something wrong lad i bought turbo off was running 19psi so roughly same as my high boost...
Slight blow on downpipe i cant get the awkward lower bolt tight so will sort that tomorrow

Double checked everything this morning.... Still the switchable maps dont work only getting 0.6 cant hear boost leak and surely it would hold 0.6 if it did
The blue smoke has stopped so seals must have been gone on old unit so that was the main thing....
Help

Have done that so many times before turbo change mate...
But defo aint working now...
Removed intercooler and double checked everything but all looks good...
Surely the small leak from turbo to downpipe cant affect this

Not sure why it would matter but clearly it does...
I put the vaccum line on actuator and other side from tee piece on the other bit of turbo... Swapped them around today and hey presto
