can anyone tell me if the lower line is my torque reading and if so isnt is a bit low for a car with 298.7 bhp?????????

also what sort of torque should a impreza bugeye with these mods have ??????? vf35 turbo ,pink injectors,sport cat and sti genome exhaust and jap speed up pipe ,cosworth filter, uprated forge accuator, and aslo a remap by dynamics.
