Benifits of aftermarket ecu
Hi all currently running 430 on my 05 sti setup on a md t. Soon the turbo iis going for billeting and also adding cdf fuel rails and fuel lab fpr. Hopefully get around the 440 mark with more torque
I know my ecu can take this but what benefits would a alkatek have over the oem one is it worth the 1200 extra?? I know u can have more than one map etc also al and lc. But how does it make the car feel

The ability to have multiple maps, mafless, launch control, anti lag, the fact it has much finer tuning capability. You can also set your alarm and trip points. It also has the ability to do so many more things the standard ECU can't.

drives a lot smoother usually..
although the oe ecu will still do the job it is getting to the edge of its field and control where as at 430+ the after market ecu has no real boundry..
Its very difficult to put into words
