Just to add more details

Cleaned BCS
ran injector cleaner
Cleaned air filter and all the ducting,(not the hoses)
Cleaned MAF twice when I unplug car stalls
Changed fuel filter
Earth star washers were a tad rusty cleaned em up
Changed oil and filter for oem filter and some 10w 40
Coils LOOK ok not had them off or plugs out yet

Have a slight crack in the air ducting that seats onto the turbo could this be the culprit?

I can make videos/take pictures if need be thanks in advance

Has it been mapped for the induction kit or decat ?

if not it is telling you to get it done or visit the engine builder (sorry to be blunt) - the car is running very lean and that is not good for it.

The slight crack in the turbo inlet will be making it even worse !

Do not boost until fixed the inlet hose and mapped IMHO.

Not been mapped as far as I know ill check the ecu and take pictures tomorrow as not sure it's mappable (my95uk)

It comes and goes it boosts fine sometimes other times misfires, loves it in 3rd to 6k,since doing the forementioned service and clean it has helped it now only blips here and there on boost doesn't slow me down much? Last owner was a fruit bat going to invest in the air intake pipework.Could the thermostat being removed cause a miss on boost? With the ecu not knowing wether it's hot or cold making it run rich/breathe heavy? Going to go round my pipework with a *** tmoz if there's no wind all ideas appreciated
