Apexi avcr boost controller
Hi all
Got a 1993 impreza wrx I'm taking of the road soon and going to be doing a few power upgrades to it. One of them I'm wanting to do is fit an apex Avcr for switchable maps ie map 1 everyday use 300bhp map 2 playtime 400bhp and then there's living on the edge scramble mode. Obviously it's a serious bit of kit but can this be used with a w6 or z4 ecu? I've only owned the car a few months and still got a lot to learn about what works with these cars so plz go easy on me guys and any help is appreciated
Cheers Chris

What you want isn't possible with a AVCR.
Yes, it has adjustable boost pressure, but without the supporting mods (turbo/exhaust/mapping etc) you'll never reach 400 bhp, or even 300 bhp.

I am aware I need supporting mods to gain even 300 bhp let alone 400bhp and will be purchasing these in the coming months but unsure if the avcr is compatible with the w6 ecu or if I need to upgrade the ecu
