Default Classic ppp ecu

Ive just sourced a sti ppp ecu for my my99, I had one on my old classic and loved it and it will be a stop gap while I collect stuff for 330-350bhp(already got the td05)But my question is I'm struggling to find a resonated 2.5" centre decat at the mo so would it be 'safe' to run the ppp ecu with both cats installed or just wait until I have found a centre decat.
I have seen a non resonated decat but I'm really not after a boomy loud exhaust which I understand these can sound like.

cheers Matt
